Perfectly prepare french fries, onion rings, chicken tenders, and more with the Pitco 40D gas fryer! The 40-45 lb gas deep fryer features a stainless steel tank, door and front which ensures a higher resistance to corrosion and rust. The sides and back are galvanized steel for extra protection against wear and tear. Spend less time cleaning the welded tank that features a smooth machine peened finish. A tube design makes this economy fryer versatile with the ability to accomodate a variety of product including about 72 lbs of french fries per hour. Electricity in not required and you have the choice between Natural and LP gas. Includes two twin size baskets that can hang to drain. One drain extension and one drain line clean-out rod.
