Easily keep an eye on product while in the cabinet with the clear polycarbonate door! The clear door allows operators to reduce the need to open the door which releases heat. Full size design holds (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 21⁄2" pans on nickel-chrome wire universal pan slides spaced in 13/4"H
