The Kratos Cooking 69K-777 is a half size, non-insulated holding cabinet with a clear door. The holding cabinet is made of extruded and anodized aluminum body with an interior air baffle for forced air circulation. The holding cabinet also features rubber corner bumpers, control drawer that is easily removable, and door that is made of lexan with an aluminum frame. Easily cook to perfect with a temperature range from 80°F to 185°F with a proofer mode that ranges the humidity from 30% to 90%. Additional Features:
