The Hoshizaki prep table has stainless steel construction and built to last for years to come. Stainless steel also makes the unit easy to clean and maintain. Both cabinet and drawers have 2" CFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to prevent warm air from affecting your food items. Its 26"H surface can withstand equipment up to 1200 lbs. and a great fit to mix and mash ingredients together. The two (2) section chef base includes four (4) drawers designed to store all your refrigerated ingredients and keep them handy. Left side drawers can accommodate three (3) deep pans whereas drawers on the right accommodate two (2) deep pans. These drawers feature finger cut-outs to remove the pans without any hustle.

With eco-friendly R290 refrigerant system, the temperature of this unit ranges from 28°F to 45°F, ideal to keep all your food products fresh and hygienic to use. You can monitor and regulate the temperature with solid-state digital controller and alarm system that alerts you when there is an unnecessary rise in the same. The 14-gauge stainless steel chef base comes with a ceramic shield to keep food safe from the heat. An automated time-initiated defrost system to keep the unit safe from condensate build-up and moisture. Evaporator coil is epoxy-coated to keep it corrosion-resistant.
