Product Details

The Hobart Centerline EDGE12-11 is a medium duty, manual slicer that slices up to 916" thick. This product has full 45° angle feed that requires less mechanical pressure. The slicers is belt driven with a 12" chrome plated carbon steel blade. A fully removable carriage system allows for improved sanitation and cleaning. Rear mounted removable meat grip to allow for ease of use while extension ensures oversized product is secured. A large product tray and slide rod allows feeding of larger loaves. The wide carriage span delivers a smoother glide. Removable sharpening stone lets you sharpen and hone in 15 seconds, and clean just as quickly. Sanitary, anodized aluminum base helps protect against bacteria growth.
