The Carlisle 396105 is a 2 oz Measure Miser® food portioner designed to make portion control easy and promote safety in commercial foodservice stations. This portion control spoon is made from break-resistant, BPA-free acetal resin with a cool to touch surface. It is recommended for high heat temperatures up to 230°F. The portion spoon is available in solid and perforated bottom design to drain liquids from shredded meats and vegetables. Users can also choose between short and long handles to allow better control over serving. The notched handle keeps it from slipping out of your hand. It is NSF listed.
