This fryer features a stainless steel frypot, front, door, backsplash/flue cover, and cabinet with 6" heating tubes that deliver uniform heat transfer. Overall dimensions are 1512"Wx2918"Dx44"H. Fry area dimensions are 14"Wx1334"Dx415"H.
