The Garland E24-36G is a heavy duty 36"W countertop, electric griddle. The high performance, high volume production griddle that gives even, consistent, controlled temperatures. Made with a stainless steel front and sides. Recovery signal light and 100° to 450° hydraulic thermostat with indicator light per each 12" width of griddle. 3⁄4" thick griddle plate complete with grease trough and splash guard. 355⁄8"Wx24"D cooking surface. Overall dimensions: 36"Wx30"Dx13"H. 4" legs. Optional grooved griddle tops in 12" wide sections.
