The Duke E303 Aerohot Electric Hot Food Table is a stationary, (3) well unit available in your choice of 120, 208, or 240 voltage; Single or Three phase, and choice of whether or not to include wells. All options can be selected via the drop down menus.
This is an exposed well unit, a versatile type of hot food table that can be used for both moist and dry heating, so it can hold fried foods as well as traditional selections. However, because this is an open well steam table, spillage pans are required to keep foods at safe serving temperatures.
Features a durable, all stainless steel construction, including a 20 gauge stainless steel top with 1⁄2" thick x 7" wide poly carving board on the operator's side, and a stainless steel open base with undershelf, legs and feet.

- Infinite controls which enable the operator to control the heat intensity up to 180°F
