The powerful and efficient heating system maintains the right combination of heat and humidity to properly hold products at temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet features an AquaTemp system to maintain the optimum food texture through continuous monitoring of both temperature and humidity, which are controlled through an intuitive solid state controller and seen on a digital display. Smooth interior coved corners prevent food and grease buildup and the anti-microbial latch protects against spreading germs.
