Non-Insulated Proofing and Holding Cabinet's entire heating assembly is removable for cleaning and maintenance. Magnetic latch secures door during transport. Features thermometer and drip trough. Holds (11) 18"x26" pans or (22) 12"x20" pans. Universal ledges with 41⁄2" slide spacing on 1/2" centers.

- Door swings 270° for convenience. Right or left hinging, but door is also field reversible.
- Separate controls for temperature and humidity
- Adjustable thermostat heats up to approximately 180°F (up to 95°F in proofing mode)
