The Star UM-1850A Ultra-Max® Impingement Conveyor Oven has a compact design and is ideal for use in high traffic food establishments. This oven can be used to prepare different food items like pizza, dessert, pretzels, and more. Its aluminized and stainless steel construction make it durable. The front panel and clamps of this oven are made from stainless steel and give easy access to the cooking chamber and cleaning or changing of nozzle plates. With a 50" conveyor belt, 4" opening space and 24" baking chamber, users can accommodate wide products easily. The conveyor belt can be removed at the time of cleaning. The airflow system of the impingement oven locks in the flavor and moisture for an effective baking process. The in-built fan pulls in the air to keep the main components and control box cool and durable.

Star Ultra-Max® Oven maintains temperature between 150°F to 550°F which can be monitored and controlled using the electronic control system and LED display. This conveyor oven comes with a control system to set time, direction of conveyor belt, manager lock-out, diagnostics, and Celsius/Fahrenheit conversion for user-friendly operations. Star impingement oven has 6000 Watts, heavy-duty metal sheath heating elements and brushless drive motor with centrifugal fan for maximum efficiency. It comes with a 6 ft oil-resistant cord and 6-50P NEMA plug and has two (2) voltage options - 208V and 240V.
