The Carter-Hoffmann CTH12 is a 24 pan, full height gridless heated transport cabinet perfect for delicious food on the move! By running gridless, or off the grid, the cabinet runs with full operation on the battery! This includes all components: element, fan and digital controls completely run on the battery. Simply charge and go! The cabinet is made of stainless steel construction with 2" thick fiberglass insulation. For ease of transport, the cabinet includes (2) 1" stainless steel tubular handles mounted to the sides of the cabinet. Non-marking red vinyl bumber set in heavy duty 3/16" extruded aluminum frame with reinforced corner cutouts to keep your cabinet running even longer. Bright LED displays can be adjusted for outdoor and indoor light. 6" casters included. Unit utilizes two on-board 12 volt batteries to power all electronics including the heating element, blower motor, cooling fans and control board. A full battery charge will provide 4 hours of operation. Battery lasts 3-5 years.
