The Cadco PS-CBC-6CP adds flexibility to your Cadco specialty carts! The cold bay pan holder kit is made of a stainless steel pan holder that houses (2) included half size 6" deep Cambro ColdFest(TM) pans with Cambro Clear Lids. The kit was designed to easily switch a Cadco buffet server cart bay from hot to cold and back again without any tools! Measures 20-7/8"Wx13-7/8"Dx7"H. 2.6 cu. ft.Switching From Hot to Cold:
- Simply manually loosen panholder locking knobs on the cart hot bay/double buffet server that you wish to convert to cold
- Remove the original "hot" pan holder
- Slide the PS-CBC-6CP into place
- Re-tighten the knobs
- Insert pre-frozen Cambro ColdFest Pans (or equivalent) into the Pan Holder
- Load with pre-chilled food
