Easily and efficiently cook your customer's favorite recipes in the Blodgett SHO-100-E Double electric convection oven! The double stack oven is made with a heavy duty stainless steel exterior that is durable to withstand the abuse of daily use in a high volume kitchen. Electrically powered, the commercial convection oven is available in 208V or 220/240V. Blodgett commercial convection ovens cook faster than convential ovens, saving valuable time and increasing production. The Blodgett SHO-100-E Double Commercial Convection Oven is standard depth and has a double pan glass window which eliminates the need to open the oven door to check on food, which releases heat and disrupts the cooking cycle. The interior of the oven is porcelain lined and measures 29"Wx20"Dx4-1/4"H in each of the two ovens, which is large enough to fit up to (5) 18"Wx26" food pans each. The unit offers 11 rack positions and includes five oven racks per oven to give operators flexibility depending on what is being prepared. The convection oven features manual, solid state controls with a temperature range from +200°F to +500°F. Overall dimensions: 38-1/4"Wx36-9/10"Dx70-5/8"H with 25" adjustable stainless steel legs.
