The Blodgett DFG-200-ES DBL is a Double Deck Gas Convection Oven, available with Free Shipping from Central Restaurant Products! This commercial convection oven features bakery depth, meaning it will hold pans up to 4" deep compared to standard depth which hold pans up to 21⁄2" deep. Available in Natural or LP gas, as well as 115V or 230V.
Blodgett convection ovens cook food faster than conventional ovens, and the double-stacked benefit allows users to prepare more, and save time, enhancing operational efficiency.
