The Blodgett BDO-100E-ES-SNGL is a single deck full size electric convection oven designed to boost your kitchen's efficiency with powerful and consistent cooking. This versatile equipment allows you to handle multiple jobs in a busy kitchen and is an excellent choice for kitchens where space is at a premium.
This electric convection oven with a single-stack design features a fully welded angle iron frame with stainless steel front, top, and sides for excellent durability and ease of cleaning. Encased in a stainless steel door frame are the dual pane thermal glass windows, complete with tubular chrome handles for a great grip. The doors are tightly secured by a triple-mounted pressure lock design.
The inside of this convection oven features a 16-gauge double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner to aid easy cleaning. The interior has five (5) chrome-plated racks that can be configured into eleven (11) rack positions with a minimum of 1-5/8" spacing to make the most out of the oven space. It can also hold up to (5) 18" x 26" standard full size baking pans. Also, the oven has interior lighting for easy visibility inside without opening doors.
You can prepare a wide variety of products in the oven as it comes equipped with three tubular heaters controlled by a thermostat. This solid state thermostat operates in a temperature range from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The 1/2 HP blower motor is provided with an automated thermal overload protection mechanism. It has a control area cooling fan and a two-speed fan motor that recirculates heated air through its interior compartment. The unit stands stable on 25" stainless steel legs that can be adjusted to desired height.
