A sanitary one piece engineered polymer base and table construction. Permanent, tapered knife ring guard covers non-slicing portion of knife even when the center plate is removed. Kick stand for easy cleaning under the slicer. Features a safety interlock mechanism that keeps the gauge plate closed for safety while cleaning. ETL and NSF listed. 261/2"Wx31"Dx251/2"H. 88 lbs.
