Berkel 829E-PLUS Manual Gravity Feed Slicer, 14", Built-in Sharpener
Gravity feed requires less pressure to slice and minimizes product waste
The Berkel 829E-PLUS Manual Meat Slicer is perfect for medium-duty use in a restaurant, cafe, or small deli. This slicer is full gravity-fed with a 45° angle feed to require less mechanical pressure for a more comfortable operation. A removable anodized aluminum pusher holds the product in place and minimizes waste. The 1⁄2 HP, 1 speed motor is entirely enclosed to protect electronics from product liquids. The 14" diameter hollow ground chromium-plated carbon steel knife will deliver consistent slices. All food contact areas of this unit are stainless steel or anodized aluminum and disassembles easily for easy cleaning and prevention of bacteria growth. Keep the knife sharp and performing its best with the top-mounted, two stone sharpener. A permanent tapered guard covers the non-slicing portion of the knife, even when the center plate is removed to keep operators safe. The on/off switch is moisture-resistant to protect the controls from liquids and grease.
