This Berkel 827A Manual Gravity Feed Slicer features a built-in top mounted, dual action knife sharpener for continuous performance. For added efficiency, a tapered knife ring guard covers the non-slicing portion of knife when the sharpener and center plate are removed. It is easy to clean and maintain as the parts can be easily disassembled without tools. It includes a metal bottom closure that keeps the components away from food or dust. This slicer is finished in stainless steel and is constructed in anodized aluminum construction for enduring strength and durability.
