The True Air MST-28-12-N Basic Sandwich/Salad Prep Table medium volume commercial food-service unit ensures easy operation. Its innovative Cold Air Compartment effectively maintains temperature evenly for each pan to preserve fresh food for longer periods. Also, the compartment efficiently isolates pans from the reach-in area to prevent food spillage. Adding durability to the unit, the stainless steel exterior has galvanized back and bottom while the interior has a stainless steel floor with aluminum sides and back that can be easily cleaned. There is a 9-1/2" deep and 1/2" thick cutting board on this table that ensures ample working space.
The cutting board is made of Low-Density Polyethylene material (LDPE) that is easy to use and sanitize. It has new side rail cutting board brackets added to the design to make it easy to secure and remove the cutting board. Also, the brackets help the unit accept different sizes of cutting boards with a maximum thickness of 1/2". The hinges on the door are field reversible while the inside of the door is fitted with removable magnetic gaskets. Featuring high-density polyurethane insulation, the entire structure of the cabinet and solid doors is foamed-in-place and free of CFCs. The unit uses the environmentally friendly R-134A refrigerant and features efficient evaporators and condensers that ensure faster cooling and greater efficiency.
Moreover, the cabinet of the True Air MST-28-12-N features adjustable, heavy-duty PE (polyethylene) coated wire shelves. Its powerful refrigeration system is capable of holding temperatures from 33°F to 39°F, ensuring effective preservation of food. The unit is fitted with 4" swivel casters that offer a comfortable working height of 37". It requires a 120V electrical connection to function effectively and comes with a 112" cord.
