Arctic Air AMT28R Mega-Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table

The AMT28R holds 12 sixth-size pans, which are included. This unit is designed in durable and appealing stainless steel on the front and sides. The interior of the cabinet is constructed with bright white ABS liner with a full stainless steel floor and coved corners for easy cleaning. The AMT28R features one self-closing door that remains open at 90 degrees for quick and simple loading of products. The foamed-in-place recessed door handle saves additional space. Magnetic door gasket is removable and replaceable without tools.

This mega top prep table features a stainless steel lid which keeps toppings cool and fresh for the next use. Each prep table includes a full length, 9"D heavy-duty cutting board, providing plenty of space to prepare sandwiches and salads. Pans are recessed 2" for proper cooling. Electronic thermostat with LED temperature display gives you accurate control and is easy-to-read.
