Product Details

The Anets SLG40 commercial gas fryer features 35-40 lb. oil capacity, perfect for preparing individual portions of fries, onion rings, chicken fingers, and more. The stainless steel exterior is durable to withstand the abuse of a busy commercial kitchen, and it is easy to clean. The freestanding deep fryer is a tube style with a tapered elliptical design made to provide a maximum heat transfer area. The 2 burner tubes feature computer designed radiants for added precision in cooking with assistance from the +200°F to +400°F snap action millivolt thermostat controls. A cold zone is found below the heating elements to prolong oil life and the 114" ball type full port drain valve quickly drains the tank to change oil, which is important for the quality of the fry and the overall health of the fryer. 90,000 BTU means that floor fryer is built to perform!
