Eliminate damage to taste, aroma and overall appeal normally caused by slow chilling. Easy-to-use microprocessor controls allow you to automatically or manually select from Blast Chill (soft or hard) or Shock Freeze cycles. Blast Chill cycle prepares hot, cooked food for 38°F storage (for up to 3 to 5 days) in as little as 90 minutes. Shock Freeze cycle prepares cooked or raw foods for 0°F storage (for up to a few months) in just 4 hours. Auto temperature hold at end of either cycle. Auto defrost.
Full-size Stand Up unit has Blast Chill cycle for up to 110 lbs. of food, or Shock Freeze Cycle for up to 90 lbs. of food. Program up to 150 recipe names.
