Installing your Grease Interceptor

Use these tips to properly install a grease interceptor in your kitchen.

Your grease interceptor should be installed as near the fixture(s) it is servicing as possible. This helps prevent grease from accumulating in the piping between the fixture and the interceptor. Also, a grease interceptor may be installed outside but must be below the frost line.
