- Authorization number and shipping instructions: A friendly customer service agent will
walk you through the step-by-step process to ensure a proper return.
- Return authorization numbers are valid for 30 days.
- Unless
an item is defective, all returns must be shipped prepaid within 30
days from date of shipment, in new, unused condition and are subject
to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or
refund.
- A restocking fee (minimum 15%) may be charged.
- All special order items cannot be returned.
