POPCORN
DRAWS CUSTOMERS...
And these easy tips will make your popper even more appealing: Pop at least
three batches consecutively to attract customers with the sound and aroma
of freshly popped popcorn. Clean the exterior and interior of your popper
thoroughly every day and clean the kettle at least once a week. Keep the
warming lamp on to keep popcorn fresh and warm. Keep the cabinet filled
with popped popcorn, both loose and in bags. Whenever the store is full

SEALING
YOUR WOOD PIZZA PEEL
Try using oil to season or seal your wood pizza peels. Simply wipe any food
safe oil (like mineral oil) on the peel's surface. When sealed, peels are
less likely to pick up unwanted food particles, odor or moisture. To prevent
warping, wood peels should never be soaked in water or left on hot surfaces.
Warped peels often flatten out, however, if left out overnight with the
warp facing up.
WHICH DELIVERY BAG MATERIAL FITS YOUR NEEDS?
Resin reinforced with nylon mesh will not attract grease
and oil and can be washed easily with soap or bleach and water.
Nylon allows the bag to breathe easily keeping the pizza
hot but not soggy. It is a machine washable, durable fabric that will not
crack. |

UNSURE
OF THE PIZZA PEEL HANDLE LENGTH YOU NEED?
Consider ordering an extra long handle and trimming it to meet your needs. |

ADVANTAGES OF STEAM COOKING
Steam cooking saves energy. Steam cooked foods actually look much brighter
and fresher and lose less than half their nutrients when steamed. |
