Highly accurate reading in compact design.

Kit includes thermometer, detachable 3" needle probe and caddy/wall bracket. Makes monitoring food temperatures quick and easy. Theremocouple is accurate within +/- 1°F. Features three daily task reminders, HACCP alarms for high and low temperatures during set cooking/cooling times, countdown timer and continuous time display (in 12 or 24 hour formats). Countdown timer uses intervals from one second to 24 hours. Response time in as little as two seconds. Two "AA" batteries included. -328°F to +1128°F instrument range.

3" needle probe (included) is detachable. -58°F to +482°F probe range.

Thermometer can also be used with optional micro-needle probe (#830-021), sold separately.

Two year warranty on thermocouple; six months on probe.
