From one to nine chickens can be individually loaded, cooked and unloaded in this compact, versatile countertop oven. Tempered glass sides and front as well as dual glass top panels provide for full visibility from three sides and maximum merchandising. Stainless steel interior and finish.
Other features include:
• Uses nine motors to drive separate spits, assuring maximum cooking capability
• Spits can stand on their own when loaded with product–great for displaying chickens after cooking – and are designed for easy unloading with a standard barbeque fork or tongs
• Heated air inside oven is circulated by dual convection fans for even and efficient cooking
• Cooks up to 500°F • Fully insulated
• After cooking, oven temperature can be adjusted to hold product at the perfect serving temperature –no need to transfer the product to a warmer
• Easy to clean with removable front, side and top panels
• Removable rear panel allows easy access to all working parts
• 24"Wx25-1/2"Dx35-1/2"H (includes 4" adjustable legs)
• Please specify 208V or 240V. Single phase.
