Eliminates the need for sharp tipped oyster knives. Removes mud and shells from 8 to 12 oysters per minute. Electric unit is easy to use and requires little or no training. Simply hold the oyster up to the stainless steel bit, depress the foot switch, manually finish with dull bladed knife and then remove the top shell revealing the clean, uncut meat. The motor will only activate when the oyster is in proper position. 120V. 4-1/2"Wx6-1/2"Dx5-1/8"H.
