Continuously rotating pan rack and airflow system ensure perfect baking every use. Internal steam system great for baking the most delicate items. Can hold eight full-size sheet pans, not included, based on 4” adjustable slide spacing. Slide spacing can be quickly adjusted in 1” increments without any tools to fit most baking requirements and easily removed for dishwasher cleaning. Other features include digital programmable controls, cool-down mode, blower delay of up to 10 minutes, 12 pan capacity stand with casters, four side-mounted interior halogen lamps and separate bake and steam times during cooking.
