Will hold temperature for hours without electricity. Hold and transport hot or cold food. Store hot and cold foods together when using an optional removable insulated shelf. Twelve molded-in rails hold up to six 2-1/2"H food pan, four 4”H food pans, three 6"H food pans or two 8"H pans. Removable door for easy cleaning and is safe for the dishwasher. 9” nylon latch opens and closes easily and secures tightly.
Molded-in handles at top of unit for easy two person carrying. Top of unit formatted for pan staging, or stacking with another ultra food pan carrier. Can also hold one food pan carrier #250-150. Built-in seal eliminates need for removable gasket. Menu clip on front door for quick and easy labeling of contents. 18”Wx26-1/4”Dx25”H overall.
