Standard Canopy Hoods are constructed of stainless steel and come with internal make-up air or exhaust only. All models come standard with aluminum baffle filters, collars, hanging brackets, stainless steel grease trough and cup. The standard width is 48" and height is 24". Add 10% to standard hood for 54" width. All hood models meet the requirements of NFPA 96, NFPA70, ICC, NSF and are ETL listed.

Options:

• UL vapor proof lights: includes light fixture and globe (installed when ordered with hood)
• Hood mounted switches: included stainless steel cover plate marked for light and fan operation (Must be ordered with hood)
• Factory-installed fire suppression system: complete system with final hook-up and certification—must provide equipment layout.
• Add-on front plenums: external add-on perforated make-up air plenums for exhaust only hoods.
• Control packages: UL Listed single and three phase wiring packages.
• Auto Fan Control System: Complies with IMC 507.2.1.1
• Low ceiling models: Ceiling height less than 9' may require this model
