Baking, roasting, grilling, steaming, poaching and much more can all be achieved in a single unit. Cooks up to 15% faster than conventional combi-steamers, saving you time and money. No taste transfer, even when widely differing products are loaded at the same time. Oven holds (6) 18”Wx13”D sheet pans or (6) 12”Wx20”D steamtable pans. 33-1/4”Wx30-3/8”Dx29-3/4”H overall. Please specify 208 or 240V (single or three phase), or 480V (three phase only). 3/4” water connection required. Other features include:
