The Convotherm C4 ED 6.20EB is an Electric combi oven made of stainless steel construction. The oven has three operating modes: steam, combi-steam, and hot air with extra functions including Crisp&Tasty, HumidityPro, and Controllable fan. Holds (6) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (12) 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans. 7 slide rails. EasyDial technology allows all functions to be set in one operating level. The steamer model is steam generated by high performance boiler outside the cooking chamber. Right hinged door with door handle that features a safety latch and slam function. Multi-point core temperature probe to ensure safe food temperatures as well as preheat and cool down functionality to increase efficiency. The oven also features semi-automatic cleaning.
