Hold food at a safe serving temperature while retaining moisture.
When the power is on, the heating unit allows the interior temperature to be maintained between +150°F and +165°F. A light on the control panel illuminates when the set temperature is achieved. When the power is turned off for holding or transport, the interior temperature will stay above 140°F for up to eight hours. Holds both sheet pans and full-size steamtable pans. Six sets of slide rails are included and can be removed and/or adjusted to vary pan configuration.
