Essential HACCP tool.

"Germ guards" on scoop prevent hand contact with ice. Storage cylinder isolates the scoop from ice and other foods to prevent contamination. Removable drain on cylinder allows bottom to be sealed or opened to drain. Dishwasher safe polycarbonate.
System includes:
64 oz. scoop, storage cylinder and mounting assembly. Mounting assembly includes two sizes of brackets and two suction cups for versatile mounting.
